What OmniGuard: Content Protector does

  • Five kinds of gate

Password, customer login, customer tag, schedule or secret link, chosen per rule.

  • Protect exactly what you mean

One product, a collection, URL patterns or the whole store — or bulk rules by tag, type or collection.

  • Schedules and secret links

Open content at a start time, close it at an end time, or share links with an expiry and a use limit.

  • Your own lock screen

Full-page or modal, with your logo, colours and wording — or redirect blocked visitors instead.

  • Hide prices and add to cart

Keep a product visible while its price and buy button stay behind the gate.

  • Check before shoppers do

Enter any storefront URL to see which rule applies and why, or dry-run a rule before it goes live.

How it works

  1. Choose what to protect

A product, a collection, URL patterns or the whole store.

  2. Pick the gate

Password, customer login, customer tag, schedule or secret link.

  3. Decide what visitors see

A lock screen with your own wording and branding, or a redirect elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions

No. Rules are set from the app admin and nothing is written into your theme code, so uninstalling leaves your theme exactly as it was.

Every rule is labelled with how strongly it is enforced, so you know whether it hides content from shoppers or truly restricts access before you rely on it.

Enter any storefront URL and OmniGuard shows which rule applies and why, so overlapping rules never leave you guessing.

Yes. The free plan covers one protection rule with a password, customer login or customer tag gate, and a full-page or modal lock screen. Paid plans add more rules, schedules, secret links, your own branding and analytics.

No. OmniGuard keeps your rules and anonymous counts of how often each one is triggered and unlocked. It stores no customer names, email addresses or IP addresses, and an unlock is remembered in the shopper’s own browser.
